Endurance training

Here I leave my resistance training , designed for a person who rode bicycles , but left him for 3 months, and now wants to recover the physical form he had. Click here  to see the training I designed. I hope you like it.

TV PROGRAM

The new term English project , the TV program is on wheels.   There is still work and hours of editing, but nothing compared to how good it is doing it! I hope that you like the things I`m doing the day that shows it.

Last Tranche

We started the third term after these mini Easter holidays. In just a month and a half of the summer we have to give everything in this term to finish the course well. Encouragement for all!

Volleyball

1.- Volleyball´s court is a rectangle of 18 by 9 meters, divided by a center line (9 meters to each halves). The line of attack is located to 3 m to the center line. The net varies in height: ,43 for male and 2,24 for womens. 2.- One game has 3 sets, sometimes 5 and one set has 25 points, if it´s 5 set, it has 15 points. Every time a team wins a rally, they get a point and the right to serve. A team gets a serve until they have 2 points more than the enemy team.
